And that bounces either side.
Add to that external interference and the fact that those upon the receiving end are entrenched to the core, then it is by logical extension going to carry on ad infinitum

How many times have peace deals been offered to the Palestinians, they just keep saying no. Arafat was the worst, he was offered virtually everything they demanded by Clinton and just said kept saying no, wouldn't even negotiate. Clinton was apparently furious and remarked that Arafat didn't want peace and was leading his people into more misery.
Both sides need new enlightened leadership, lead by the people, not the extremist nutters.
